About Us

Dean Behavioral Consulting was started in 2015. We offer Behavior Consulting and Mobile Therapy services using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT). Therapy is provided by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Licensed Behavior Specialists (LBSs), Mobile Therapists (MTs), and Behavior Health Technicians (BHTs).

Mission Statement

It is the mission of Dean Behavioral Consulting, LLC to improve the quality of life for children and adolescents diagnosed with an Autism Spectrum, Emotional, or Behavioral Disorder by assisting them with their emotional, social, and cognitive development.

Philosophy

While there is no cure for an Autism Spectrum Disorder, there are many treatments available that can improve conduct dramatically. This is also true for Emotional and Behavioral Disorders. Dean Behavioral Consulting, LLC uses the principles of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) and in certain cases, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), to teach and to improve the level of functioning in individuals with a behavior disorder. Both therapies have been shown to be effective in treating a variety of symptoms, such as limited expressive and receptive language abilities, lack of age appropriate coping skills, poor social interaction skills, underdeveloped independent living skills, and problems associated with anxiety, worries, and/or irrational fears.
